Проблема заключается в rvm-capistrano.

Исправить его в gemfile. требуется: false

 gem  'rvm-capistrano',  require: false

Лучшее решение, которое я нашел вместо его удаления, просто переместить rvm-capistrano до capistrano:

# Deploy with Capistrano

Но, что странно, я тоже решил эту проблему (в моем Gemfile, просто чтобы прокомментировать главный камень capistrano):

# gem 'capistrano', :group => :development
gem 'rvm-capistrano', :group => :development

В вашем Gemfile измените это.

gem 'rvm-capistrano', require: false

Это позволит решить проблему без головной боли.
