Страница "Предварительные требования GCC" подхватила пистолет и показывает необходимые условия для GCC 4.8.

GCC 4.7.2 по-прежнему использует PPL вместо ISL, о чем свидетельствует отсутствие --with-isl=PATH в выводе configure:

  --without-PACKAGE       do not use PACKAGE (same as --with-PACKAGE=no)

Несчастливо, что они не поддерживают страницы предварительных условий для версий до 4.8.
