Как скрыть ссылку действия, если пользователь не имеет права на действие?

После некоторых проб и ошибок, предлагаемое решение здесь работает. Однако sugested решение было для предыдущей версии фреймворка.

Я бы написал специальный помощник ссылки на действие:

        if (!Roles.IsUserInRole(roles))
        {
            return MvcHtmlString.Empty;

        return htmlHelper.ActionLink(linkText, action);
    }
}

а затем в моих представлениях:

@Html.ActionLinkIfInRole("Administrators", "Create New", "Create")
