Использование пользовательских вкладок с помощью StackNavigator?

У меня есть список пользователей, каждый пользователь имеет отображаемое изображение в списке.

Я пытаюсь, когда пользователь нажимает на экранное изображение, перенаправляется на свой профиль через stackNavigation.

CustomTabView:
