Конфигурация Log4j2 не найдена при запуске автономного приложения, созданного плагином тени

jar создается плагином maven shade:

Хорошо, я нашел этот вопрос об этой проблеме.

Короче говоря, проблема возникает, когда классы приложений упаковываются в uber jar с использованием плагина maven shade. Хотя для версии log4j2 версии 2.8.1 исправление еще не выполнено, предлагаемым решением является обновление maven pom.xml с дополнительными настройками конфигурации для плагина тени следующим образом:
