Ruby - разбор текстового файла

Я новичок в Ruby и пробовал какой-то действительно простой синтаксический анализ текста. Тем не менее, я пытаюсь разобрать немного сложного файла, а затем вытолкнуть его в файл csv (который я ранее не делал), и я совсем застрял.

Файл выглядит следующим образом:

Title
some text
some different text
Publisher: name
Published Date: date
Number1: number
Number2: number
Number3: number
Category: category
----------------------
Title
some text
some different text
Publisher: name
Published Date: date
Number1: number
Number2: number
Number3: number
Category: category
----------------------

и др.

Каждая строка будет представлять новый столбец в csv.

Может кто-нибудь может протянуть руку?
