Наконец-то я смог получить HttpContext.Current не null, найдя код в Интернете. Но я все еще не могу добавить пользовательские заголовки к запросу в моем unit test. Вот мой тест:

Пользователь Anthony отвечает и добавляет этот код в GetMockedHttpContext:

request.SetupGet(req => req.Headers).Returns(new NameValueCollection());

то вы можете добавить:

HttpContextFactory.Current.Request.Headers.Add(key, value);

этим вы можете публиковать заголовки. Но, к сожалению, вам нужно использовать HttpContextFactory вместо HttpContext
