Не может установить pip mysql-python

Я пытаюсь запустить django/pip/mysql, и я не могу понять, как установить mysql-python. это ошибка, которую я получаю при попытке установить mysql-python

Googling показывает, что мне нужно установить python-dev, но всякий раз, когда я пытаюсь установить с помощью

sudo apt-get install python-dev

Я получаю эту ошибку:

E: Package 'python-dev' has no installation candidate

В настоящее время я использую linux mint 15 RC, и я думаю, что это может быть проблемой... но я не уверен. У меня нет идей: (
