Пользовательский пин-образ в аннотации в iOS

Я пытаюсь перейти с Swift 1.2 на Swift 2.0, и я в конце изменений. В настоящее время я вношу изменения в MapViewController, и нет никаких ошибок или предупреждений, но пользовательский образ для моего вывода (annotationView) не назначается этому выводу, и он показывает значение по умолчанию (красная точка).

Принятый ответ не работает, так как он annotationView не инициализирован в блоке else.

Здесь лучшее решение. Он по возможности отменяет аннотацию или создает новую, если нет:
