1) Убедитесь, что вы действительно развертываете spring-beans-3.2.x.RELEASE.jar. Он содержит файл spring.schemas в своем каталоге META-INF (он должен содержать URL-адрес используемого вами расположения схемы) и файл spring-beans-3.2.xsd в каталоге org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.

2) Версия XSD содержит только две части (основные и второстепенные) 3.2, но не 3.2.0!

BTW: вы можете использовать spring-XXX.xsd без версии, затем spring всегда использовать самую новую версию (определенную в spring.schemas файле)
