Удалите этот файл pid, убедитесь, что все экземпляры остановлены (убейте все процессы, которые не спускаются), проверьте, что ничего не слушает порт MySQL 3306 (netstat должен помочь) и попытайтесь снова запустить MySQL.
MySQL не запускается
