Я создал класс для предоставления уведомлений, но эти строки отмечены устаревшими:

                    .setSmallIcon(icon).setTicker(text).setWhen(time)
                    .setAutoCancel(true).setContentTitle(title)
                    .setContentText(text).build();

            mNM.notify(NOTIFICATION, notification);
        }
