Невозможно установить virtualenvwrapper на OSX 10.11 El Capitan

Недавно я вытер Mac и переустановил публичную бета-версию OSX El Capitan 3. Я установил pip с sudo easy_install pip и установил virtualenv с sudo pip install virtualenv и не имел никаких проблем.

Я отключил rootless с помощью sudo nvram boot-args="rootless=0", и это не повлияло. Любая помощь будет оценена!
